Quality Control
Cosmex has in-house Quality Control (QC) laboratory to perform thorough QC check for all products before they are shipped to the customer.
As a quality first manufacturer, Cosmex has not only standard QC procedure, but also IQC (Incoming Quality Control) when receiving the materials, and IPQC (In Progress Quality control) during assembly.
Making sure the highest quality of products is the one and only goal for our Quality Control department every single day.
IQC / Incoming Quality Control
For crucial materials such as LED bulbs, CCFL bulbs, adaptors, etc., IQC is performed upon receiving.
For every customized parts, for example plastic covers of the lamp, is required to go through IQC to check the overall appearance, to make sure the size are identical, also no scratches, dirt, bumps allowed on the surface of our products.
IPQC / In Progress Quality Control
Through assembly, many parts and materials came together to form a complete nail lamp. It is for the first time the machine is able to shine and perform its task.
Therefore, during assembly, IPQC team is located at the end of the assembly line, to see if the completed product is working, also once again check the appearance of the finished product.
OQC / Outgoing Quality Control
Before the products are shipped out to the customers, our QC team will once again perform OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) on the finished products. By thorough OQC procedure, Cosmex is able to make sure the finished products meet our highest standard, which is the only message we would like to deliver to our customers!
